Humberto Conti Picco is a lawyer and first-instance judge, currently in charge of the Cuarto Juzgado Civil, Comercial y de Minería (Fourth Civil, Commercial and Mining Court) in San Juan, appointed by the province's Chamber of Deputies. With a solid record in legal practice and institutional management, he has served as president of the Foro de Abogados de San Juan (San Juan Bar Association) and as a board member of the Federación Argentina de Colegios de Abogados (FACA, Argentine Federation of Bar Associations), a body through which he has represented the San Juan legal profession at the national level.
