Susana Analía Monti, lawyer (UBA, 1998) and specialist in Tax Law, with a distinguished academic and professional career. She has been Director of the Instituto de Derecho Tributario (Tax Law Institute) of the Colegio de Abogados de Morón (Morón Bar Association) since 2014; she teaches at the Universidad de la Marina Mercante (UdeMM) and at the UBA, and is the author of numerous specialized articles.
She is a member of several national and international legal institutions. She is Fifth Vice President and Director of Institutional Relations of the Academia Internacional de Letras Jurídicas (International Academy of Juridical Letters, AINTERLJ), President of the Colegio Interamericano de Estudios Jurídicos (CIDEJ – Argentina) and the country representative of the OAC (Colombia) and RARI/RS (Brazil). She is also an international adviser in Mexico and a consulting member of the Compliance Committee of the OAB/ACRE.
A leading figure in tax law, she combines academic, institutional and legal-training work with a firm commitment to human rights, governance and international cooperation.
